We use a state of the art inspection reporting system capable of producing an easy to read report that is specific to your home or potential home, printed on site at the completion of our inspection. 

You will not receive a generic check box style report or have to wait around for a report to be e-mailed or delivered at some later time.

Doug Cossar, our primary inspector, has more that 25 years experience in home renovations, repair and maintenance. He has earned both of the industry’s highest professional designations:

National Certificate Holders have had their background, education, qualifications and inspection skills reviewed and verified by the National Home Inspector Certification Council.

A Certified Master Inspector must have been in business for at least three years, completed a combination of 1000 inspections and hours of training, submit to a criminal background check, adhere to the most stringent code of ethics in the home inspection industry, and complete a minimum 24 hours of inspection related continuing education each and every year.
