Buying a home is probably the single most important purchase you will ever make! Our goal at Accurate Home Inspections is to give you as much information as possible to make an informed choice when buying a home.
Choosing a home inspector within the limited time constraints and deadlines is not easy and timing is most often critical. We understand the importance of a thorough home inspection, so we, at Accurate Home Inspections are available seven days a week. Same day inspections are often available.
We encourage you to accompany the inspector during the 2-3 hour visit. Your participation during the inspection process is important.
Our inspections meet, and in some areas exceed, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (iNACHI) code of ethics and standards of practice requirements. This code of ethics is the most stringent standards in our industry.
Your report will be completed at the end of the inspection, complete with digital photos taken during the inspection. This extensive state of the art report is written in an easy to follow format and is more than just a report, it's a education! This information will be of value for years to come in the maintenance and care of your home.
